The rebirth of 'Semurg' Hotel was April 3rd 2005 but the hotel had been built much earlier, during Soviet times. Over the years it has welcomed numerous visitors from all over the world.

During the post-soviet period the hotel ceased to function and has renewed its activity only after a major overhaul and refurbishment. Now 'Semurg' Hotel is a modern five-floor, 3 star business class hotel equipped to accommodate over 150 guests simultaneously. The 'Semurg' Hotel restaurant works round the clock and is always ready to satisfy the refined taste of the connoisseur.
