ASK NANNY is
an Edinburgh based parenting advice website, offering one on one
parenting support via telephone, instant messaging and home visits.
It was set up by Nanny Trudi Butler, a fully qualified Norland
Nanny with 18 years of childcare experience. Parenting advice
has been consistently offered to parents, nannies, carers and
anyone else involved in looking after children since early 2002.
Nanny Butler has worked with many families over the years and
has developed her own tried and tested parenting methods and techniques.
She is also a mother so truly understands the trials and tribulations
of parenthood and can offer a totally balanced view! Nanny Trudi
created the website to pass on her knowledge of children in order
to help everyone to get the most from their children or charges,
to see them at their best, and to allow them to reach their full
potential to become happy confident children. The website is full
of great ideas and advice with sections on play and activities,
eating, sleep, tantrums, discipline, childcare, nannying, a child
development chart and other parenting subjects. Reward and star
charts, and parenting packs are for sale and it is also a way
to obtain personal parent coaching with parenting advice based
on 18 years of experience!
