The Pendennis Guest house is situated in a quiet tree-lined road in the heart of Penzance, only a 3 minute walk from the sea front, with its views over the magnificent Mount's Bay, and within easy walking distance of the centre of Penzance.

The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard to provide excellent, comfortable accommodation with home comforts and a friendly and helpful service from its proprietors, Russell and Hazel.

Penzance is a bustling town with interesting shops and a huge variety of pubs, restaurants and cafe-bars, serving excellent food with something to suit all tastes and all within walking distance of the hotel.

The Pendennis provides visitors with an ideal base for exploring West Cornwall and beyond. St Michael's Mount, Mousehole, the Minack Open Air Theatre and the Land's End peninsula with its numerous beaches, rocky coves and ancient monuments are only a short drive away and attractions such as the world famous Eden project are less than an hour by car.

Our brick built bungalow is part of a development of privately owned holiday homes set in the landscaped grounds of 16th century Kenegie Manor.

The accommodation comprises 10 rooms, 8 of which are let and all have en-suite.

• Room 1 Two Singles and a sofa which converts into a single - Twin / Triple en-suite.
• Room 2 Double en suite
• Room 3 Three Singles - Twin / Triple en suite
• Room 4 King Size,and Sofa which converts into Single - Double / Triple en suite
• Room 6 Double and Single - Double / Triple/twin en suite
• Room 7 Double - double / single en suite
• Room 8 Double and Single - Double/Triple/twin en suite
• Room 9 Standard single shared shower room / toilet

The bungalow sleeps up to 6 people.

• Two bedrooms: one double and one with two singles, with a double sofa bed in the lounge.
• All with duvets, pillows and linen. Towels are excluded.
• Open plan living room with dining area and fully fitted kitchen, equipped with: oven, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Colour TV, DVD Player.
• Shower room with washbasin, W.C. and shaver point.
