Pear Trees is a very friendly & beautiful country house built in the 18th century in the heart of the picturesque village of West Haddon with good pubs just a stroll away. This is an ideal location for business or pleasure being just 4 miles from the motorway and so close to the historical towns of Rugby & Northampton.

Pear Trees Country House is the only accommodation provider in Northamptonshire to be included in the highly prestigious Good Hotel Guide 2005 and will also be featured in 2006.

Pear Trees is full of original oak beams and character with many interesting features such as the ancient flagstones in the reception hall, the sitting room with its large marble fireplace where logs burn in winter, the dinning room with original window shutters, the old Aga in the kitchen that is used for all cooking and the utility room where there is even an ancient water well and pump!

Delicious home cooked evening meals are optional and guests are welcome to bring their own wine and aperitifs.

Walkers are spoilt for choice with the Jurassic Way passing through the village, the Grand Union Canal and the beautiful lakes of Hollowell and Ravensthorpe being just a few miles away.
