Welcome to a delightful farmhouse bed and breakfast five minutes' drive from Leamington Spa and ideally placed to explore Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, the Heart of England and the Cotswolds.

Set in six acres of stunning Warwickshire countryside, including large gardens, a running stream and woodland, Mill House provides quiet privacy, with secure and generous parking, having electric gates at the entrance.

Originally known as Quineton Mill in the 13th century, Mill House has been fully renovated to include a working waterwheel situated where the original stood, and the accompanying mill pond.

Mill House also functions as a working free range egg and poultry farm, guaranteeing you have the freshest of eggs with your full English breakfast.

Mill House is inspected each year and has been awarded a 4 star rating by enjoyEngland.

Mill House provides the best of both worlds:
a picturesque, rural setting for the visitor exploring the famous historic sights of Warwickshire - Shakespeare's Stratford, Warwick Castle and Leamington Spa. Easy access to Birmingham and the NEC, Stoneleigh and the NAC, the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre and Coventry airport.

Accommodation

Our three rooms are all stylishly furnished, recently re-furbished and well equipped:

• Room 1 - Double ensuite: This spacious double room has an en-suite bathroom and overlooks the rear garden
• Room 2 - Single ensuite: This bedroom overlooks the large lawned area at the front of the house.
• Room 3 - Double with private shower: This double room is situated in the oldest part of the house.  It has vaulted ceilings and overlooks the front garden.  The private shower room is directly opposite.

All rooms have:

• hairdryer
• iron and ironing board
• shaving adapter
• extra bedding and pillows
• fresh milk on request .
