Boscote Guest Accommodation is ideally placed for exploring the historic mediaeval market town of Stratford Upon Avon, with its beautiful Elizabethan timber-framed buildings, riverside gardens, restaurants and shops. Situated on the popular Shipston Road, south of the river, Boscote B&B is just a short stroll from Shakespeare's Birthplace, the Royal Shakespeare, Swan and Courtyard Theatres and the enchanting River Avon, Boscote B&B offers a high standard of accommodation in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Boscote Guest Accommodation is a privately owned and run establishment. It was completely refurbished by the Bos family in early 2006 and is fresh, stylish and modern throughout, displaying its own charm and ambience. It is centrally heated and double glazed throughout.

Self-catering
Central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included within the rent together with a welcome pack on your arrival. This is a no smoking property. Boscote Apartment is personally managed to maintain a high standard.

A delicious, plentiful continental breakfast is placed in your kitchen each day to enjoy at your leisure. Our continental breakfasts are highly popular with our guests and comprise : cereals, croissants, bread rolls, jams, marmalade, continental meats, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurts and fruit juice. Tea and fresh coffee making facilities are provided in the kitchen.
