comfortable flats that cater for 2-9 people.
We have a fantastic position just 4 doors from the promenade.
Conveniently situated near to all the shops and within 2 minutes
of all amenities including a laundrette, bank and cashpoint, cafes
and a great Chinese restaurant.We are also opposite South Pier
and close to both Bus and Tram stops.
Adjacent to the Pleasure Beach and the fabulous Sandcastle Aqua
complex, the motorway link road is close by. The Markets, bars
and pubs are all within 5 minutes walk.
All flats are en-suite with own kitchen facilities.

Our flats are the perfect way to spend your holiday,
complete freedom and flexibility are yours the whole time.
You have your own front door and flat key and you may come and
go as you please.
We take the greatest care to make your stay here as enjoyable
as possible, and provide a service that is flexible and accommodating
to your needs. We try to run a relaxed but efficient house, and
we live on the premises, enabling us to be on hand for any emergencies. |

Flats
Each flat is fully central-heated and double-glazed and has its own shower and toilet, kitchen or kitchenette
with full size cooker, fridges, cutlery, utensils and microwave.
All flats have colour TV, electric fires, duvets and poly cotton
bed linen is provided. Irons and ironing boards available, as
are clothes airers and vacuum cleaners. All we ask you to bring
are your own towels, tea towels and toilet requisites.
The Flats are fully self contained, we maintain a very high level
of cleanliness that brings our visitors back again year after
year.
